Created in collaboration with Atoll Estates, this project is part of the visionary Zamani Islands complex, located in the South Malé Atoll, Maldives. The concept revolves around harmonizing modern luxury with the serene beauty of island living.

By blending natural materials with a contemporary design ethos, the villa embodies an atmosphere of tranquility and understated elegance. Each element of the project is curated to provide a sense of exclusivity while embracing sustainability.

Layout

Elegant Mansion is a six-bedroom villa thoughtfully designed to enhance the living experience.

The layout ensures fluid transitions between private and communal spaces, offering both intimacy and spaciousness. Each bedroom is crafted as a personal retreat, while the villa’s living and dining areas flow into one another, forming a central gathering space for relaxation and entertainment.

Every room offers breathtaking views, further enhanced by open terraces and expansive windows that invite the natural surroundings inside. The inclusion of a private pool, outdoor lounges, and garden areas further enhance the connection between the indoors and the pristine island environment.

Result

Currently in the construction phase, the Elegant Mansion is being built with an emphasis on sustainability and environmental harmony. As part of the larger Zamani Islands development, the project is committed to using renewable energy sources, with a focus on creating a fully integrated resort that operates entirely off clean energy.

Sustainability

The villa is being crafted to meet the highest standards of exclusive engineering as well as minimize its ecological footprint, ensuring a responsible approach to island living.

The construction methods reflect sustainability commitment, with eco-friendly practices being applied in every stage of development, from material sourcing to energy-efficient design strategies.
