The Eterna Residence, located in a historic building in Vienna, is a perfect illustration of how classical elegance can be harmoniously blended with modern design principles. Yodezeen’s objective was to reflect the timeless beauty of Vienna's architectural history while infusing the apartment with contemporary touches that cater to sophisticated, modern living.
The design honors the building’s historic roots by maintaining its charm while introducing sleek, innovative elements that enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal. The concept revolves around creating a space where the past meets the present, resulting in an elegant yet modern home.
Layout
The layout allows for fluid transitions between spaces while maintaining distinct zones for different functions.
The ground floor is dedicated to the master suite, providing a private and intimate space for rest. The first floor features a grand open-plan living room and a home office, offering expansive views and maximizing natural light. The second floor serves as the heart of the apartment, with a beautifully designed kitchen and dining area, complemented by three guest suites, each providing comfort and privacy for visitors.
