Navigating the sloped terrain and capturing mountain views without overwhelming the interiors required careful coordination. It was also essential to harmonize raw materials—burnt wood, natural stone, metal—with softness and comfort.

The residence spans two levels: the ground floor and a basement level, both oriented to maximize the scenic views. A central glass atrium with exposed beams draws light into the heart of the house, while panoramic windows frame the surrounding landscape from nearly every space. The layout is anchored by generous social zones—lounges, fireplaces, dining—and complemented by private master bedrooms and guest rooms. The lower level includes a spiral staircase leading to a more vibrant guest area, as well as a retreat zone with a spa and gym facing the Aspen slopes.

The final result is a 12,000-square-foot sculptural mountain home that exudes refined serenity. Every detail, from custom-built furniture to designer lighting and gym equipment, reinforces the project's vision: a harmonious fusion of architectural boldness and tactile intimacy.
