Brief
From the initial sketches to the final touches on-site, the design process was a close collaboration between Yodezeen and the client, weaving a narrative of Mediterranean heritage through bespoke design solutions and refined materials. Every detail was carefully considered and intentionally chosen to reflect the serene beauty of the coastline without falling into cliché. The result is a space that feels warm, sophisticated, and utterly inviting.
Concept
The architects and designers drew inspiration from the sea, creating a flowing spatial design and selecting natural textures that evoke the atmosphere of a private yacht voyage along the Apennine Peninsula.
The bar, shaped like a yacht, takes center stage, with ceiling and table finishes echoing the texture of a yacht’s deck. Verde Alpi stone—evoking the lush landscapes of Capri—serves as a signature material, while delicate lighting elements inspired by floral trees add a whimsical touch. Vibrant textiles and nautical-inspired details in the fabrics and leather tie everything back to the overarching Mediterranean theme.
