Concept

The concept revolves around creating a flow between lavish indoor spaces and expansive outdoor terraces, reflecting Dubai’s vibrant style while offering residents a serene, exclusive retreat.

The design embraces travertine, onyx, and brass to evoke timeless luxury, while lacquered oak veneer and leather introduce warmth and tactile richness. Refined moldings frame each space, uniting natural textures with crafted details in a contemporary composition.

Construction

YODEZEEN's design integrates opulent materials and architectural motifs, such as brass-rounded panels inspired by the domes of Raffles The Palm. The use of classic moldings and bas-reliefs ties the interior to the timeless architectural features, while rounded forms in the staircase and seating areas echo the building's iconic design. Each detail—from the onyx accents to the lacquered oak veneer—was selected to elevate the top-tier ambiance, creating a harmonious blend of art, function, and premium lifestyle.
