The residence is designed to provide a fluid, interconnected living experience, with a focus on both communal and private spaces. The ground floor features a grand entrance with double-height spaces, housing the living room and foyer. A recessed facade creates patios and extends the green spaces, while an office with a private courtyard and a gym with panoramic views enrich the home’s functionality. On the second floor, a bridge separates the master suite from other bedrooms and technical spaces, ensuring privacy. The living, dining, and TV areas can be easily transformed into one expansive space, fostering a sense of openness, while the breakfast area enjoys a more secluded placement within its own wing.
