CONCEPT
The centerpiece of the lobby is a floating oak tree enclosed in a spherical glass capsule — a powerful symbol of life, resilience, and balance.
This element embodies the mindfulness ethos permeating the design, echoed through muted green tones, natural materials, and carefully calibrated daylighting.
Challenge
The core challenge was to unify a wide variety of functions under a single, coherent design philosophy — creating seamless transitions between diverse spaces that foster both community and privacy. Our goal was to deliver not just interiors, but holistic environments where residents feel connected to nature and each other, without ever leaving their home.
Composition
Spatially, the design emphasizes fluidity and openness. Expansive panoramic windows frame the surrounding landscape, intentionally blurring boundaries between interior and exterior. This connection to nature enhances the wellness-oriented atmosphere throughout the complex.
Transition zones between gym, lounge, recreational, and private areas are carefully composed to allow residents to effortlessly shift between activities — whether seeking relaxation, social interaction, or focused exercise — all within an intimate yet inviting setting.
