Brief

The clients aimed to have a home for social gatherings with a Miami beach vibe. The layout and all elements were to accommodate large groups of modern individuals, while the design was to capture the city’s vibe. Everything natural and light.

Challenge

An interesting challenge encountered by the YODEZEEN team was to create a full-fledged bar within the master bedroom, complete with all integrated appliances.

Layout

Spread across three floors, the main area near the kitchen features a large bar, where a bartender will be stationed. The second level comprises the master suite entirely: bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet, while the third floor hosts four guest bedrooms.

Concept

The architects endeavored to meet the clients’ desire for a party-centric home, offering ample space for large groups and exclusive gatherings. Designers recreated the natural landscape of Miami’s beaches using warm-toned natural materials.

Implementation

All furniture in this home will be sourced from top global manufacturers such as Minotti, Molteni, and Baxter. However, the residence will feature a significant number of custom-made items, such as panels and partitions, including the master bedroom’s rotating stone panel doors made of travertine.

Additionally, custom solutions in the kitchen, with islands exclusively crafted from natural stone to meet the technological requirements of bartenders. Different milling on natural stone adds intriguing textures throughout the house, aiding in organizing overall volume harmony. For instance, in the master bedroom, the bathtub comprises a combination of two stones, each differing in tactile properties and patterns, resulting in a unique product tailored exclusively to this project.
