Brief

Emerald Palace Group (EPG) has introduced a groundbreaking addition to the real estate market with the unveiling of the Super Penthouse. Situated atop the esteemed Raffles The Palm Dubai Residences in Palm Jumeirah, this extraordinary penthouse, spanning an impressive 3,288 sq. m, sets new standards of opulence and grandeur.

Challenge

Undertaking the Raffles the Palm Dubai’s Super Penthouse project presented a formidable challenge for YODEZEEN, requiring them to navigate intricate local regulations while integrating the interior design with the existing historical exterior. Balancing the demands of a large-scale project with the need to honor the property’s heritage posed a significant test.

Layout

The first floor welcomes residents with an open space housing a grand hall, a dining table for 20 guests, a wine room, a family space with a cinema, and terraces with mini-golf and a pool. The second level highlights a master unit with two bedrooms and a rounded living room, alongside guest bedrooms with private bathrooms. The third level offers a cigar room and lounges with a panoramic view of Dubai’s skyline.

Concept

The concept emphasizes the creation of immersive spaces that evoke a sense of grandeur and tranquility, offering residents a sanctuary amidst the bustling metropolis. Inspired by the vibrant energy and cultural richness of Dubai, the design integrates modern elements with traditional motifs, paying homage to the city’s rich heritage while embracing its cosmopolitan allure.

Implementation

YODEZEEN’s interior design expertise combines luxury and modern aesthetics, using materials like travertine, leather, glass, onyx, and lacquered oak veneer. Brass-rounded panels and classic moldings echo architectural features, creating an interior of timeless elegance. Bas-reliefs and rounded shapes harmonize with the landscape design, encapsulating an inspiring living experience.
