From the entrance to the pavilion, we come to the open space, where the models of Omniyat projects are located on chromed stainless steel cubes. At the reception desk, visitors can see samples of high-quality materials — those that the developer uses in his architectural projects and interior design. On the same floor, there is a meeting room for six people.
The pavilion also has rooms with soft furnishings for more relaxed meetings. An exclusive cinema with a curved screen offers movies in the newest dimension. All premises are well isolated from each other for the privacy of agreements.

One of the key work principles of YODEZEEN designers is to create spaces that resonate with the nature of the area. For this project, we were inspired by deserts and oases. The team used travertine and marble in nude shades with splashes of brown, like the sun setting over the desert. To the stone, we added vertical planes of brass, a material that resembles the shine of gold but is a more stylish and modern solution.

The architecture here makes its way inside and the elements of the facade can be seen behind the tall windows. This architectural method gives air to the space and lets a lot of daylight into the interior.

The ceiling of the presentation hall is an accent of the area, made to order from steel sheets. The ceiling reflects the warm sandy travertine and is a prototype of the dunes driven by the hot wind.

This project combines natural elements and innovative technologies. All rooms are equipped with large-format screens for high-quality presentations. The soundproofing is also designed by YODEZEEN architects at the highest level to ensure a focus on each unique client.

The large selection of furniture in this project is from iconic Italian brands that offer stunning designs and undeniable quality. These are Minotti, Davide Groppi, and others. Brass partitions, chrome cubes, wavy ceilings, and other exclusive solutions are custom-made by reliable contractors.
