YODEZEEN studio’s contribution to Atoll Estates’ resort project in the Maldives
YODEZEEN studio partners with Atoll Estates, a prominent real estate company from the Emirates, to spearhead the development of three resorts in the Maldives. The project involves the creation of three distinct resorts: Dunes, Vibrant, and Elegant. YODEZEEN studio's involvement primarily focuses on the Elegant Resort, which spans multiple islands within the Maldives archipelago. Scheduled for its grand unveiling in Spring 2026, the project promises to redefine luxury hospitality in the region, blending breathtaking natural landscapes with meticulously crafted design and world-class amenities.
The first island of the Elegant Resort features 59 villas with 1 and 2 bedrooms, as well as thematic restaurants to enhance the guest experience. The second island, known as the Island of Mansions, houses 17 larger residences with 4, 6, and 8 bedrooms, intended for ownership or long-term leasing. Additionally, there is a Private Island within the project, details of which are confidential but offer an exclusive reservation experience for guests.
YODEZEEN's work on the Elegant Resort project for Atoll Estates signifies a monumental leap in commercial hospitality development. Approximately 40 members of the YODEZEEN team are engaged in daily activities concerning this project, which include site visits, meetings with partners, and visits to global factories to ensure the project's success.
