Brief
We worked on this architecture with a single thought in mind – it should fit into the nature of the Persian Gulf and stand out from all buildings of the whole Palma. The customer also asked the YODEZEEN team to make the front facade monumental so that it does not immediately tell all the secrets that are hidden in the backyard.

Layout
In the White Villa, the architects drowned the main entrance in the house architecture behind a square gate. On the right is a garage for two cars, the gate of which is disguised by the dynamic pattern of the facade. In the backyard we have a patio with a soft seating area and an outdoor terrace with sunbeds next to the pool with one glass transparent wall. Thus, observing the house from the private beach, where a perfectly white staircase leads, it gets something in common with the seascape around.
Concept and Realization
The house stretched upwards, in the center a little more than on the sides. Such a cascade of stone blocks adds dynamics to the overall picture. Metal lamellas are located at the distance from each other that makes this architecture composite, integral. In addition, these inserts give the correct shadow to the interior, and the light falls inside diffusely.
Travertine blocks divide the facade disproportionately, which makes the project more alluring. The architects also made an omission, which is an inconspicuous detail that plays an important role in the general perception of the authors’ work.
The backyard flows into a private beach due to the roof absence. Here we have added only single umbrellas of a futuristic design above the sunbeds standing on a terrace of long wooden planks in a warm shade. The soft seating area is embedded in the house and blends in with the architecture with its white textile. The authors of the project made the path to the beach from white natural stone in an arbitrary cut shape.
