Layout
The architectural layout redefines traditional residential design by placing primary living spaces on a single-story ground level, with a dedicated subterranean floor. The main level accommodates living areas, kitchen, and garage, while the -1 floor houses a spa complex with a pool, gym, and private retreat.
A thoughtfully designed light pit ensures natural illumination for the underground areas, and a gentle courtyard hill provides direct access to the lower level. Private terraces connected to the master and children’s bedrooms create direct views into the forest, framed by corten steel walls that maintain continuity with the exterior.

Corten steel plays a central role in the facade, delivering both aesthetic appeal and durability. The material’s weathered finish aligns with the surrounding forest, while large, strategically placed windows capture natural light and views, ensuring constant visual connectivity with the landscape.
The residence’s kitchen and dining spaces open to an outdoor terrace, enhancing the spatial flow between indoor and outdoor areas. For added convenience and privacy, the residence’s entry design directs visitors to the spa level without crossing the main living spaces.

The Solar residence emphasizes sustainable design, with corten steel’s long-lasting and low-maintenance properties reducing environmental impact. The landscape architecture integrates native plants, supporting local biodiversity and requiring minimal maintenance.
