About

More than just a workplace

What should the office of a modern construction firm look like? Naturally, it must be modern and functional. Being is the meeting place for prospective clients (as well as for workers), the office must be eye-catching and appealing. When we first saw this area, we found it in awful condition. First we covered the floor with self-leveling concrete and gave the walls and ceiling an industrial look by leaving them unfinished. We redesigned the space to make it functional yet inspiring. On entering the office, we first see reception- an black industrial steel desk, with a funky industrial-motived WAITING room., where the clients can relax on the plush sofa and admire the whole office, thanks to the open design. The Reception zone is separated from the working area with floor-to-ceiling metal mesh shelves above a bureau of drawers made of smoked solid pine. We have added bright accents like coral & orange furniture and prints on the walls- the huge painting by Ukrainian artist Dmytro Korniienko (a replica of an piece by Samantha French ) gives a brеath a frеsh аir to the Confеrence roоm. LED linear lighting installed in concrete fixtures fits right in with the general design concept.
