Concept
Restaurant on a Dubai Island was conceived as an effortless yet luxurious destination for slow breakfasts by the sea. The interior carries a light Italian spirit — from lemon trees and grapevines to the vivid, sun-washed color palette that brings the space to life. The atmosphere merges casual ease with refined elegance, creating a place where guests feel both relaxed and inspired.
Challenge
Elevating a familiar style through bespoke, signature details
Although the stylistic direction is instantly recognizable, the project required a high level of individuality to elevate the space beyond a standard Mediterranean-themed venue. The task was to integrate bold, expressive finishes with bespoke elements that would give the restaurant its own identity while maintaining harmony and visual clarity within the concept.
Result
The final interior is rich with custom craftsmanship: a sculptural island made of silver travertine becomes the heart of the space, while tailor-made sofas and tables — blending wood and stone — add depth and character. This curated mix of natural textures, artisanal elements, and vibrant colors delivers a fresh, modern interpretation of Italian-inspired dining in Dubai.
