Villa Lujo

The main challenge was to reinterpret the language of French neoclassicism within the dynamic, sun-drenched context of Dubai. Our goal was to preserve the spirit of sophistication and order while introducing a sense of fluidity and openness suited to the desert climate and lifestyle. Integrating classical motifs — marble portals, cornices, arches — into an airy, modern environment required precision and restraint. We also aimed to soften the visual intensity of marble and gold accents by surrounding them with natural greenery and filtered daylight, ensuring harmony between opulence and calm.

The villa unfolds across four levels, each reflecting a clear hierarchy of privacy and function. The basement contains all technical facilities and a seven-car garage. The ground floor, the social core, unites living, dining, and SPA areas with direct access to the outdoor pool. The first floor houses guest suites and a gym, while the second is dedicated entirely to the master domain — with private dressing rooms, lounge, and panoramic views.

The palette blends timeless nobility with contemporary restraint. Fine marbles with soft veins — in ivory, sand, and pearl-gray tones — define the architectural rhythm. Polished brass and sculpted plaster details reference the classical heritage, while large glass surfaces and delicate fabrics add transparency and lightness.
