Concept
Léman Apartment demonstrates YODEZEEN’s ethos: a home that is responsive to its inhabitant and respectful of its context.
From layered textures and hidden features to bespoke technical solutions, every aspect is conceived to create a living experience that is intimate, elegant, and uniquely personal.
Execution
The apartment presents a modern-classical approach, with all walls elegantly clad in custom MDF panels. Only two painted surfaces remain, discreetly concealed behind curtains, transforming functional walls into subtle architectural gestures. Wide portals between rooms reference classical proportions while responding to structural constraints, turning limitations into opportunities for refined design.
Execution
Geneva’s strict regulations prohibit conventional air-conditioning to preserve historic facades. In response, YODEZEEN implemented a chilled ceiling system, a discreet solution that cools rising warm air efficiently without impacting the apartment’s aesthetics. Complementary white shutters control both light and mood, offering flexible layering of function and atmosphere.
