Aspi Club is a high-luxury lifestyle and dining destination located within the premium residential development in Sarjapur, India, developed by Lodha. Designed by YODEZEEN, the project emerges from a recurring collaboration with the client, allowing for a deep alignment with their refined aesthetic vision and expectations for contemporary luxury living. Positioned as an exclusive amenity for residents of a large-scale residential community, the project redefines the idea of a clubhouse dining and leisure environment, transforming it into a fully immersive social and cultural space.
Challenge
Balancing the authenticity of Indian context with a progressive, globally oriented design language
Rather than relying on traditional references in a literal way, the project interprets India as a contemporary, forward-looking nation — where heritage, craft, and material richness coexist with modern spatial clarity, technological comfort, and architectural refinement.
Result
The conceptual foundation of the project is rooted in the idea of a calm yet dynamic social ecosystem, where architecture becomes a framework for interaction, relaxation, and everyday rituals. The spatial language is defined by natural stone, wood, and patinated metal elements, including travertine, marble, aged brass, and bronze. These materials establish a sense of grounded elegance, while maintaining a light and breathable atmosphere throughout the interior. The composition avoids heaviness, instead favoring openness, transparency, and visual continuity between spaces.
