Art Hotel in Tbilisi is one of the most charming projects of YODEZEEN studio, the embodiment of love for art and cultural phenomena. This space is the personification of how carefully and reverently architects treat the environment with which they interact, how they delve into the cultural heritage of the ancient region.
Concept
YODEZEEN immerses visitors in a country where art, history and nature are of special importance.
These elements create the present as it is, and therefore the main task of such a space is to become a business card of Tbilisi. From the thoughtful planning of the architecture around the real rock to each carefully selected material, it's all about Georgia as the artists see it.
Challenge
Rocks and geological structures of Tbilisi define the shape and relief of the topographical background on which the city history unfolds. The architecture of the Art Hotel envelops one of these rocks and opens up incredible opportunities for creativity. And a special challenge, which was definitely successful, was that Ukrainian studio carried out a project so important for the cultural layer. It's about the task of creating something real without clichés.

Layout
The hotel with an area of 6,930 square meters will become not only a magical place to relax but also an art space where exhibitions of modern art will be held. That is why YODEZEEN designers created an interior that will emphasize the functional features of the room and immerse the guest in the atmosphere of Georgia.
Result
The atrium area in every sense became a breath of fresh air for the commercial interior segment. "Dancing" around the rock, the designers recreated the sensuality of an evening in Tbilisi. After all, receiving such a canvas for creativity, you want to depict on it as many natural phenomena as possible. The atrium area of the Art Hotel became the stage for the restaurant. A skylight opens up the starry sky to the guests, and the Lasvit chandelier represents a shooting star.
