Noor Residence is a private duplex apartment with an expansive terrace, designed as a refined interpretation of contemporary luxury living. Created for a client seeking an interior that would feel both understated and emotionally expressive, the project balances soft minimalism with sculptural detailing, tactile materials, and subtle moments of playfulness. Rather than chasing trends, the design was envisioned as a timeless environment — elegant, atmospheric, and deeply livable.
Design Highlights
At the center of the residence lies a dramatic double-height living area, conceived as the emotional core of the home.
The space is visually anchored by a custom-designed sculptural staircase crafted from a sophisticated combination of stone and wood. More than a functional connection between floors, the staircase acts as a spatial installation — guiding movement while shaping the entire visual identity of the interior.
Design Highlights
This architectural gesture is amplified by a cascading composition of pendant lighting from Henge, strategically positioned to emphasize the verticality of the living space and create an ever-changing atmosphere throughout the day. Together, the staircase and lighting establish a seamless dialogue between the two levels, bringing rhythm, lightness, and sculptural depth into the residence.
