Vysoki Residences is a thoughtfully planned cottage community located in the Carpathian Mountains. Concept
The architectural concept integrates seamlessly with the site’s natural contours.
Each residence is designed individually to ensure privacy, optimal orientation, and expansive views of the surrounding forests and mountains. The master plan balances community and seclusion, with VIP villas positioned on the most favorable plots.
Design Language
The project emphasizes natural, high-quality materials such as stone, wood, and glass. Frameless glass railings and spacious terraces create a fluid connection between interior and exterior spaces. Warm textures, natural tones, and sustainable finishes reinforce both comfort and aesthetic quality. The design focuses on subtle elegance and environmental sensitivity, ensuring that each residence is fully integrated into its natural surroundings while offering a refined, contemporary living experience.
