Project Small Schema
This villa is not merely a structure — it is a bold architectural statement that respects the landscape and enhances its natural beauty. The design aims to blend with the environment while maintaining a distinct and iconic presence, embodying both elegance and innovation.

Concept

The architectural concept of the villa is deeply influenced by the unique topography of the site, where the building form follows the natural contours of the steep terrain.

Soft, flowing planes seem to emerge organically from the land. These horizontal, smooth surfaces layer over one another, forming a dynamic and fluid volume that adapts to the natural undulations of the site.

Materials

The selected materials are not only aesthetically striking but also serve functional purposes, ensuring the building is both durable and in harmony with its environment. These materials contribute to the creation of a timeless architectural narrative, emphasizing permanence, texture, and a strong connection to locale.
