Introduction
Greenville House is a full-cycle residential project by YODEZEEN in Coral Gables, delivered by the studio’s licensed Miami team. The project has successfully passed all city permitting and approval stages, fully managed in-house — from architectural concept to construction-ready documentation.
Concept
The architecture is carefully integrated into the site, preserving the existing mature greenery.
The residence is organized around a double-sided living space opening toward the pool, with a sculptural second floor resting on a natural stone and wood base.
