Project The Queen Country Club, located just outside Kyiv, is a project where modern elegance meets the timeless allure of Mediterranean architecture. At YODEZEEN, we sought to create a space that reflects the warmth and serenity of the Mediterranean while incorporating contemporary forms and materials to offer a refined, luxurious atmosphere.

At YODEZEEN, we sought to create a space that reflects the warmth and serenity of the Mediterranean while incorporating contemporary forms and materials to offer a refined, luxurious atmosphere.

Arched portals are a defining feature of the design, each crafted with unique profiles that infuse the architecture with a sense of flow and natural elegance. These arches connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, inviting light and enhancing the open feel of the area, inspired by classic Mediterranean structures.

Concept

The cornice elements, placed with intention throughout the complex, create a dynamic rhythm that brings a sense of movement to the design.

These horizontal lines contribute to the overall visual harmony, enhancing the architectural composition while staying true to Mediterranean traditions.

Layout

The individual bungalows, designed as "nests," use woven rattan to create a serene, organic atmosphere. These intimate cabanas are in harmony with the landscape, offering a peaceful escape that embodies the essence of Mediterranean retreats. The design allows the architecture to blend with nature, creating an inviting and tranquil environment.

Layout

Our poolside terrace captures the Mediterranean spirit, with thoughtfully selected furniture and lighting that enhance the luxurious yet relaxed vibe of the space. The terrace is an ideal place to unwind, offering comfort and style while reflecting the region’s aesthetic.

Materials

The material palette emphasizes warmth and texture, with stucco finishes in sun-kissed, earthy tones that evoke the Mediterranean landscape. Dark accents in the cornice elements add sophistication, creating a balance of rustic charm and modern refinement. The inclusion of composite aluminum in key architectural features adds a contemporary touch to the design.
