YODEZEEN studio partners with Atoll Estates, a prominent real estate company from the Emirates, to spearhead the development of three luxury resorts in the Maldives: Dunes, Vibrant, and Elegant. Among them, Dunes Island is envisioned as a distinctive lifestyle destination, bringing together a lifestyle hotel and marina in a unique island setting.
Concept
The architectural composition of Dunes Island is build on the basis of water images.
The water phenomenon is an eternal source of visual and sound impressions. It creates an atmosphere of serenity and affects the human’s mood. People living in different parts of the planet use universal images dedicated to water in their architecture.
Layout
The Dunes consists of apartments with views of the sea, the super yacht marina, and the boundless Indian Ocean. The complex features restaurants, a spa, kids' clubs, and other leisure areas to spend one's leisure time. An expansive infinity pool will offer breathtaking views, and certain apartments will be equipped with private pools.
Every aspect of Dunes has been designed with the needs and desires of guests in mind. Various restaurants will cater to gastronomic pleasures, offering a diverse range of culinary delights. For complete relaxation and rejuvenation, a spacious spa center will provide a variety of treatments and therapies. One of the most exceptional features of the Dunes complex is it super yacht marina, serving as an ideal starting point for yacht journeys. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy splendid maritime views and participate in various sea adventures.
