Hospitality project
40 acres
YODEZEEN studio partners with Atoll Estates, a prominent real estate company from the Emirates, to spearhead the development of three resorts in the Maldives. The project involves the creation of three distinct resorts: Dunes, Vibrant, and Elegant, which spans multiple islands within the Maldives archipelago. The project promises to redefine luxury hospitality in the region, blending breathtaking natural landscapes with meticulously crafted design and world-class amenities.
Concept
The concept revolves around harmonizing modern luxury with the serene beauty of island living.
By blending natural materials with a contemporary design ethos, the resort embodies an atmosphere of tranquility and understated elegance. Each element of the project is curated to provide a sense of exclusivity while embracing sustainability.
Layout
The first island of the Elegant Resort features 59 villas with 1 and 2 bedrooms, as well as thematic restaurants to enhance the guest experience. The second island, known as the Island of Mansions, houses 17 larger residences with 4, 6, and 8 bedrooms, intended for ownership or long-term leasing. Additionally, there is a Private Island within the project, details of which are confidential but offer an exclusive reservation experience for guests.
Process
YODEZEEN's work on the Elegant Resort project for Atoll Estates signifies a monumental leap in commercial hospitality development. Approximately 40 members of the YODEZEEN team are engaged in daily activities concerning this project, which include site visits, meetings with partners, and visits to global factories to ensure the project's success.
It's a challenging yet incredibly rewarding endeavor for YODEZEEN committed to bringing one of the most iconic commercial architectural projects of the decade to life. The journey towards realization is swift, propelled by dedication and a shared vision for excellence, not only for YODEZEEN but for the whole architecture of the Middle East region.
