This new Miami villa was thoughtfully crafted around a large tree that has been standing on the property for years, making nature an integral part of the design. The facade features sleek wooden lamellas, providing natural sun protection while blending with the tropical surroundings. Inside, travertine floors and soft plaster on the walls create a relaxed, beach-like atmosphere.
Concept
Architectural elegance with a tropical twist
Sunridge spans 9,504 square feet, designed to embrace space, light, and a natural connection to its surroundings.
Composition
The first floor features expansive glass panels, allowing sunlight to flood the interior while connecting with the outdoor jungle-inspired garden. Wooden accents and sun-shading lamellas enhance the facade, adding a warm and functional element to the house.
Result
Expansive volumes and natural light blur the line between indoors and out, making every space feel open, airy, and refined. Warm wood, raw stone, and textured fabric panels add depth, capturing the essence of beachfront living.
The spacious living area opens up to the outdoors, seamlessly connecting the home with the lush landscape.
