The Anemone project was created for a large family with five children who frequently host gatherings for friends and relatives. The design integrates Oriental accents to honor cultural nuances while introducing a fresh, contemporary aesthetic.
Concept
The goal was to design a spacious and functional area that combines the kitchen, dining, and living spaces with easy access to the terrace, while also reflecting the family's cultural heritage through a modern interpretation of Mediterranean style.
Composition
The residence features distinct areas: a main house and a guest house, connected by a single-story stone portal.
The layout includes four bedrooms on the first floor, sitting areas, an office, and a master suite on the second floor, complete with individual wardrobes. A scenic kitchen, BBQ terrace, and multiple entertaining spaces connect indoors and outdoors. The courtyard's modern colonnade, firepit, and swimming pool provide ideal spaces for family gatherings, while the patio offers charming views from the kitchen and office.

The architectural team focused on bold yet harmonious solutions, using terracotta plaster for the facade to bring warmth and vibrancy. Travertine accents on the plinth and natural stone masonry highlight the guest house and recessed areas. To enhance the main entrance, we incorporated a canopy and crafted artistic pathways leading to the entryway, alongside strategically placed fire features that add movement and visual appeal.

In the interior, custom elements like an orange stone sink in the dining zone and a copper fireplace add unique focal points. The tranquil office features dark veneers, while the master bedroom is designed with a custom fabric screen and a 360-degree fireplace that serves as both a TV stand and an art installation.
