Branded Residences Beyond Hotels: YODEZEEN to Speak at EAPI Summit 2026 in Nairobi

YODEZEEN will take part in the East Africa Property Investment (EAPI) Summit 2026, taking place on May 13–14 in Nairobi, Kenya. Our Managing Partner and Lead Architect Kateryna Kipchuk will speak at the summit with the topic “Branded Residences Beyond Hotels – The Rise of Luxury Villa Communities under Global Brands.”

The discussion focuses on a key shift in global luxury real estate: branded residences are moving beyond traditional hotel-led models into fully independent villa communities. This evolution is driven by increasing demand for privacy, larger spatial scale, and stronger architectural identity, redefining how global brands operate within residential development.

To ground this perspective in practice, Kateryna will present two current YODEZEEN projects — Waldorf Astoria Villas and Bulgari Villa both in UAE. These projects represent different approaches to branded living: one rooted in hospitality standards and operational continuity, the other in a design-led expression of brand identity and exclusivity.
